Art & Design Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I approve my proof online?

Yes! Your customer service rep will send you a link to approve or deny and make changes to your artwork.

  • How long does it take to get a proof?

  • Why do I have to approve art proofs on a reorder?

It's our company policy to get approval on everything we print, even it if it's a reorder. This ensures that what we print is exactly what you expect.

  • Can I get a physical sample of my card before I approve the art?
